The information was shared with the technician that I did had quite a bit of mechanical experience and what I thought was wrong. After diagnostic testing, they did not suggest extra work above what I expected except for some standard maintenance that is due. I truly respect that. The only disappointment was I told them that the truck was really dirty because I had parked it until I could get it into them and they said they send it through the wash for me. That is very apparent by the cobwebs that were still on my River mirrors that they had not run it through the wash. But that's just a minor detail. All in all I felt their service was excellent and their customer service was excellent.

I called tuesday at 6 talked with Amanda told her I was leaving to go to the beach Wednesday I just noticed I was reaching my mileage for an oil change . And ask if she could help. She git me in at 730 the next morning and done and ready by 835. What great customer service. She was amazing. Now im on vacation 5 hrs away knowing my vehicle is safe for my family. Amanda Spearman and the crew were prompt and courteous for the oil change. They were even willing to provide insight on some things that were not part of the service. It was suggested that I have some additional maintenance performed along with a thorough explanation. She was not pushy at all concerning the additional maintenance. Overall a great experience for my first visit.

The staff at Grainger Nissan of Anderson worked with me every step of the way and did absolutely everything they could to get me into a new car. Nathan was especially helpful and was kind throughout the entire process. The whole team was incredibly patient and dedicated. I am satisfied with my experience and highly recommend Nathan!
